The Cabo Blanco Natural Reserve is located on the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula on Costa Rica's Pacific coast. The reserve offers a pleasant 2 mile long (3 km) trail that crosses through the jungle and drops down onto Playa Cabo Blanco, a beautiful secluded beach.

One of my favorite aspects about taking photos in the rainforest is the ability to capture different rays of light that penetrates through the jungle canopy. Certain rays create a sort of theatrical spotlight for the plants and animals.
