DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
KEEF uses USPS to deliver orders, therefore all shipping costs are designated and updated by UPS, FedEx and USPS standards and protocol. Once KEEF has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At the moment KEEF does not provide shipping outside the US. Stay tuned for more information about international shipping and other news by following the KEEF Newsletter.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We do not issue refunds. We are happy to issue a store credit for a return or an exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses incurred with returned items.
For return orders, shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item shipped was damaged or the item shipped was incorrect.
Exchanges/returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be shipped back to our office in a prepaid package. We will not accept CODs. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition along with the original price tags intact, as well as the original invoice/receipt.
We have the right to deny any store credit returns/exchanges if it does not meet our policy requirements. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability. Please contact us (by phone, email, or note within the box) with your credit card information (card number, expiration date, security code) so that we may charge for additional shipping and handling fees for an exchange.
Store credit will be issued within 7 business days.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We do not provide price adjustments. Purchases made in store or online do not qualify for price adjustments. Please contact contact@keef.studio with any questions.
FINAL SALE
All items sold with marked down prices are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned sale or final sale item, the package will be returned to you and our customer service will notify you via email. No exchange or return will be issued. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
